Feature flag IS_MICROSOFT_SYNC_ENABLED removal (#10170)

Since we have already removed the feature flag from twenty-infra, and the most part of the application. we can now remove it from these declaration fixes https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/331
