5421 box shadow on frozen header and first column (#6130)

- Refactored components in table
- Added a isTableRecordScrolledLeftState and
isTableRecordScrolledTopState to subscribe to table scroll
- Added a zIndex logic that subscribes to those new states in new tinier
components
