☑️ Refacto "Select All/Unselect all" on indexes (#5320)

### Description

- Refacto "Select All/Unselect all" on indexes
- Add sequential mass deletion from front end (limited to 10k records)
- Fixed coverage with new unit tests on new useFetchAllRecordIds hook
and other utils
