Lucas Bordeau 76c517aa29 Fixed avatar font weight and associated story (#12989 )

This PR changes the avatar placeholder letter font-weight to medium.

I also updated the story to use a symmetric letter “E” instead of “L”,
so that it is easier to spot alignment problems.

Twenty UI

This library was generated with Nx.

Building

Run npx nx build twenty-ui to build the library.

Storybook Server

Run npx nx start twenty-ui to start the storybook development server on localhost:6006.

Running unit tests

Run npx nx test twenty-ui to execute the unit tests via Jest.
