martmull f121c94d4a 701 workflow improve webhook triggers (#11455 )

as title

Nota bene: I did not filter execution by http method. A POST webhook
trigger can be triggered by a GET request for more flexibility. Tell me
if you think it is a mistake

Twenty UI

This library was generated with Nx.

Building

Run npx nx build twenty-ui to build the library.

Storybook Server

Run npx nx start twenty-ui to start the storybook development server on localhost:6006.

Running unit tests

Run npx nx test twenty-ui to execute the unit tests via Jest.
