Mohit Agrawal 9fbff82bf1 Fix search record for workflow objects (#12914) ...

Fixes: #12722

The problem is that there is no TS_VECTOR field in workflow objects.
Thus, I have added this field to three objects: workflow,
workflowVersions, and workflowRuns.
